When I’m ready to go ahead with your service, will we meet face to face?
We find that the easiest first point of contact is over the phone, however, we’re happy for you to visit us to go through your project in more detail.
I see you offer many services, do you specialise in any of them.
We specialise and actively run campaigns for all the services we offer. We have a small but very experienced team that are ready to work on any project they’re tasked to carry out.
What are your prices?
We work on a per project per price basis. As you can appreciate, all businesses
are different and require varying amounts of labour to achieve the required result. However, if you’re a new start-up, we can build you a free business website to get you up and running.
Can you put the tracking codes onto my website for me?
Absolutely, but in order to do this, we’d need to liaise with your current webmaster/web host.
There are various tracking software available today. It’s just a case of choosing the right one for you and your business.
What if I need a complete web re-design?
This isn’t a problem. We’d first go through the bare bones of the project first, before making suggestions going forward.
Will I receive regular updates etc for my project?
Absolutely! Once you’ve chosen us for your project, you’ll have your own user dashboard that allows you to see the progress of your project and you’ll be able to actively communicate with the project coordinator assigned to you.
If the it’s PPCor SEO, then you’ll receive a monthly report. This will layout in detail CTR, Conversions, Improvements and general feedback.
If it’s anaylitics, you’ll receive a snapshot of the keywords used, campaigns that have been set up and a list of new recommendations for the following month.
How long should I run my lead generation campaigns?
This will vary from business to business. Ideally, to give the campaign a chance, we suggest a minimum 3 to 6 months. The a realistic timescale to start seeing results. We evaluate the progress and results monthly.
What are your payment methods?
Currently we only accept bacs/standing order payments into our account, we also accept payments from credit cards using PayPal.
Do you just work on Google Adwords as an advertising campaign?
No. We work with all the major search engines including Yahoo and Bing. We’ve also partnered with various performance marketing agencies that are more niche specific if the client requires.
Is each account mine?
Absolutely, yes. Every single account will be set up in your business name. You own the account basically. You’ll have 24/7 access to it at all times (depending on the service you choose).
Can I set budgets?
We actually suggest you set up a budget for any campaign. This makes it easier
for us to track the results, analyse and make performance improvements.
Can I choose my own keywords?
Yes and No. Initially we’ll ask for the keywords you’re targeting. However, there’s always several keywords we find that would be relevant to your campaign. Our PPCtechnicians carry out thorough research to find out not only what’s working for you, but also your competitors.
How long will it take until I start seeing results?
Good question. Since the search engines change their algorithms by the second, it may take a few months before you start seeing results. This applies to whichever agency you choose to work with since none of knows what changes will be made by the search engines on any given day.
What sort of things do change immediately?
We’ll first concentrate almost entirely on your website to see where improvements can be made. Most websites are initially set up for 1999 web marketing. We’ll transform your site and implement changes to bring it up to the latest spec.
Do you carry out full SEO audits?
We’ll carry out a full SEO audit of your site once we get the go ahead. We need to establish what changes need to be made on your site first, before we start tackling the search engines. Do this bit wrong and it could set your SEO campaign back by months.
How long will it take for my web site to be designed?
This is hard question to answer since projects will vary from business to business. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you.
Believe it or not, the most common delay is being supplied content for your site (text/images) by the client.
Will we need to have a meeting first to go over the website design?
In the vast majority of cases we don’t need to meet in person. We’re happy to work via phone and email. We then liaise with you regularly to discuss the web designs in order that the website design and functionality is exactly as you wish. However, if you request a meeting, we’re happy for you to visit our office to discuss it in more detail.
Once my website is complete, do you offer an aftercare service?
We fully support any website we build and are always available if you have the odd question or query.
Do I have to keep my website with you forever, or can I move it to another supplier to host it if I wish?
You can move your website to another service at any time depending on which hosting company your site has been set up on.
In what format should I supply words and photographs about my business for my new website?
We’d love the pictures and photographs to be sent to us in digital form. Preferably png format.
Will my website design be” Search Engine” friendly?
Every single site we build is built with the search engines in mind and are compliant with search engine guidelines. In fact we encourage an evaluation of your site monthly.
How do I update my website?
All of the sites we build allow you to update the site content yourself with it’s
own dashboard (behind the scenes editing). No technical skills are needed and we walk you through editing process when your site has been built.
I hear that there are hidden costs associated with web design services. Is this true?
Definitely not. We’re completely upfront and discuss your website requirements and price accordingly. Once you hire us to build your website, the price of the project is strictly adhered to.
Can you provide all our web design and hosting services?
Absolutely, we have our own hosting company with different plans and options
to match your site’s requirements.
Do you guarantee that my site will always be available?
Unfortunately, no hosting company can guarantee 100% up-time. Our service
has an average up time of 98%.
Do you use Flash animation in your website design?
We can use flash and many sites have been built with flash. However, as an agency we’re making the shift away from flash and we’re adopting a new programming language called HTML 5.
Not only does this new language carry out the same functions as flash, it’s actually a lot more search engine friendly and pages load a lot faster. This imperative to your clients viewing your pages.
Can I get e-mail with my website?
Yes, all websites built will allow you to link multiple emails within your hosting account. It would normally be email@example.com
Can I see how many visitors I’ve had to my website?
All of the websites we build have built analytics installed as standard. This will allow you to monitor where your traffic is coming from and where they are navigating to on your site. This info is great for testing and tweaking your site to maximise those hidden opportunities.
Can I have an e-commerce system for my website?
yes you can. Once you inform us that your site needs e commerce functionality, we can install this when you’re ready.
How much will a website cost me?
This all depends on how complex the site would be to build and how much time is spent executing your instructions. We’ll run through a series of designs and options for you to choose from to help make the site building process as smooth as possible.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes we do. In fact, this is one of the fastest growing sectors for our business since our existing clients are referring and recommending us to their business colleagues.
How can I accept credit cards on my website?
There are various methods available to you. We would need to talk to
you to established you requirements and the best method for your company.
There are essentially two main methods of accepting credit cards. The first
method is where you use your own PDQ. card machine and process the card
payment yourself and the second method uses an online clearance company.
Once you’re sure which method you wish to use, we can design your website
How many pages can I have on my web site?
As many as you like. The search engines love having more unique content on websites. However, make sure the content on anew page is unique and not a copy of another page on your site. This could actually hurt your search engine rankings in the long run.
What if I don’t like the design?
No problem, we’ll work on several different designs until you are happy.
Will I find my website on the search engines?
Yes we always design websites to be search engine friendly.

This is a popular question and one that’s hard to answer. It generally depends on the type of design you need and its complexity.
Please fill in the enquiry form, tell us what sort of thing you’re looking for and we can then work out a price.
What’s your process?
1. Brainstorming – From the details you’ve given us, our designers will bounce ideas back and forth based on your business, colours requested and type of design needed. From here, we work out the sort of fonts (lettering) needed to full blown illustrations.
2. Preliminary Sketching – We sketch out the ideas
3. Initial Logo Drafts – This is where we get you involved. We send you your logo drafts to look at. You give us your opinion on the logo drafts. Things you like and things you don’t like. Don’t worry, we don’t get upset too easily, we value your feedback and want honest opnions at this stage before we take your project forward.
4. Revising and Modifying – We make the changes and then send you the revisions for feedback. This process can be long or short, depending on how acurate the designis to the brief.
Finalising Yes!! We’ve done it, we’ve revised the design, you’re happy, we’re happy and we send you the finalised design(s). We can either embed it into your website or can work to produce corporate stationery.
What’s the turn around time here?
Hopefully you’ve read the answers above? This will show you how complex the process can be. If we get to the “Revising and Modifying” quite quickly, the projct shouldn’t take too long.
